หากทำความผิดเป็นกลุ่มจะโดนข้อหาร่วมกัน ยกตัวอย่างเช่น&#x20;

1. ทำตั้วแดงกัน 10 คน  เมื่อถูกจับ มีตั้วแดงคนละ 1 ใบ เท่ากับจะโดนคดี ร่วมกันทุกคนคือ \
   ค่าปรับ 10,000 เเละ จำคุก 50 นาที ทุกคน \
