เมือง REDSUN เป็นเมืองคาวบอยย้อนยุคโดยไม่ได้ยึดติดกับประวัติศาสตร์จาก OC ทั้งนี้ตัวระบบเเนวทางการใช้ชีวิตเสรีเเละอิสระที่จะเลือกเเนวทางของตัวเอง บทบาทจะมีทั้งประชาชน หน่วยงาน เเละคาราวาน ซึ่ง คาราวานจะเปรียบเสมือนการรวมเป็นกลุ่มแก็ง ที่จะมีบทบาทในการเล่นเป็นบทบาทที่มีอำนาจในการปกครองเมือง รองลงมาจากทางการ ตำรวจ \
